We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our clients and customers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site. 

The Assignment 

The assignments can be both new construction and renovation projects, residential or commercial properties, primarily in Stockholm/Mälardalen. 

In the role of project manager, you will be a central link between clients, designers, and production management, leading and coordinating the design work. The design team is typically a mix of the client's internal and external specialists, production staff, and consultants and client representatives. Together, you will produce all project documents, from early sketches to system documents and finally construction documents. The goal of the design process is to shape a product based on the client's vision that ensures production can be carried out safely and efficiently, that project requirements, legislation, and project goals are met, and that project economics are secured.

As a project manager, you are a key person in creating a good collaborative climate and building strong relationships within the team. Your ability to engage people and get everyone to pull in the same direction is crucial for the project's success.

Competence

You have a background as a project/project manager with at least 5 years of experience in the role. Experience in production, primarily construction and real estate, but also in land and civil engineering, or as a designer, is advantageous as it provides you with an understanding of the various parts of the construction process (technology, economics, and contract law). You should also have an interest in digital working methods and good computer skills, as well as solid knowledge of contract and consulting law.

If you have experience from a consulting role and enjoy taking on the business and technical responsibilities of assignments, that is a significant plus. You also have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

It is also important that you feel confident in your leadership and dare to trust others while knowing that check-ins and requirements are essential for successful design work. As a project manager, you are a team player who understands the importance of different perspectives. You meet both internal and external stakeholders and create security through clear communication and attentive listening. You build trust, foster respectful conversations, and find common solutions even when opinions differ.
